Since Thursday, (24/11/22), I have been unable to receive incoming calls. Outgoing calls are fine and the internet is working.
The phone rings and I can see the caller's number and they can hear the phone ringing but as soon as I pick up the phone to answer it they get instantly disconnected. The phone is connected to a Hub 5, I have rebooted the hub and also tried another phone with no success.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems receiving incoming calls on your service. To clarify, is it all numbers that are unable to call you?
Are you hearing any specific noises when answering the phone? Is the caller able to hear you?

It is all numbers and they can't hear anything as the call is instantly disconnected.

Thanks for your quick response on this. I've ran some tests on our end, and it does appear that there are some levels out of specification on your Landline. I'm going to drop you a private message to check this further. Please look out for it in the top-right, purple envelope.

this is exactly the same problem that I'm having.. Also first noticed Thursday morning 24-11 as well
