Hi,
Everyone trying to call us receives the voice message they have dialled an incorrect number. We are though able to make calls.
Any ideas on fixing the problem?

It’s on our landline. We’re on a fibre optic connection if that makes any difference.

Thank you for confirming this, is this happening on certain numbers trying to call, have you tried calling on your Mobile, what error do you get when trying?

It’s from every number that we have tried calling into from. We receive a voice message that an incorrect number has been dialled.
