Unable to receive Incoming calls

Hi all , I have just switched to  virgin fibre for my land-line, I can call out but cannot receive incoming calls, any help would be appreciated.

It happened as soon as I connected to the hub, its a new telephone, I can make out going calls but when you try to ring our home phone you only get a continuous tone .

Sorry to hear of the issues you're having here - is this something that has just happened today, in terms of the change? Is your landline now connected to your hub? 

 

  • Does the landline work if plugging a different handset into your socket?
  • When receiving calls, does your landline ring at all?
  • When testing your number - is there any tone when trying to ring your landline?
