I am trying to port my phone number to my new Virgin Sim card but
a) Cannot register for an account because I don't know the answer to a security question (although how that can be the case when I haven't yet registered with Virgin Mobile is a little lost on me)
b) Cannot get through to anybody when I ring 789. Instead I keep being told to press '1' for a link to www.virginmedia.com/mobilehelp, which is then of no use.
Can anybody help before I lose my mind?!
