Cannot make calls on my landline phone. All I get is an engaged signal.Phone is plugged into the Hub.

Welcome back to he forums & thank you for taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your landline.
Please could you also let me know if there is anything listed on the Service Status Page that could explain it?

Nothing shows up on the status page. I hope this is not another problem on the Hub 5.My PC upstairs cannot get wi-fi from the hub either.

Sorry about that, I was unaware that you had a hub 5.
As things currently stand 21CV isn't compatible with the hub 5.

You landline won't work whilst you have the hub 5 installed.

What is the point of an upgrade if its worse than the previous model.
I knew I shouldn't have changed the hub, can I get my old one back.

We can change you back onto an old model of the hub should you wish. The hub 5's are still only on a roll out to a small amount of customers so we do understand it might not be the best for all of our customers.

Yes I would like the old model back.Wi-fi don't work, phone don't work, and I'm still expected to pay £100/mth for a pile of **bleep**e.
