I am sorry to hear you are unable to make outgoing calls on your landline. Are all calls failing to connect or is it specific numbers?
Have you followed any of the basic troubleshooting steps here
I have taken a look at the account and can see your landline is connected via the Hub. There is currently an uptime issue of 70 days. Can you try rebooting and let me know if this makes any difference?
