My parents' home phone has been down all day again. This is in BB10 area, unable to make or receive calls. Services status says all is ok. It is plugged into the wall not the hub.
This has been a recurring issue for about a year now, seems to go off every other week and sometimes comes back on after a few hours or a few days. They have had two engineer visits so far; one was last Thursday morning. Annoyingly the phone has come back on each time before the engineer visit. Engineers have checked all connections and on the last visit installed a new box on the wall.
We would really like this issue resolving as it is becoming tiring for them and ideally would want to leave Virgin if they weren't still in contract.
