I enter number I wish to call but it calls Virgin not number requested. Please can anybody advise what I could do to fix this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline service. We can understand your concern. Just to confirm, is your landline service undergoing the landline switchover as seen here https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-Phone-Switchover/gh-p/Switchover If so, have you received the adaptor and set it up? Also, does this issue occur with all numbers dialed?

Thank you for your reply.
We have not received a letter advising of the changes and haven't received an adapter.
Please can we be sent this letter.
It effects all numbers trying to be called.
