I have been trying to report a fault on my Mother's phone all morning. As she is 90 years old, visually impaired and housebound this is urgent. I have reported it through the automated system on my phone 3 times and been advised 3 times that it needs an appointment for an engineer. I then wait listening to music for about 25 minutes only to be disconnected. How do I get to speak to a person to sort this out?
