Unable to get response re faulty phone

I have been trying to report a fault on my Mother's phone all morning. As she is 90 years old, visually impaired and housebound this is urgent. I have reported it through the automated system on my phone 3 times and been advised 3 times that it needs an appointment for an engineer. I then wait listening to music for about 25 minutes only to be disconnected. How do I get to speak to a person to sort this out?

Re: Unable to get response re faulty phone

My husband and I are having similar problems. We can ring out but nobody can ring us.

Hi Linbell2001

I've dropped you a PM, check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner of the screen for me?

Kindest regards,

Re: Unable to get response re faulty phone

Thanks for getting back to us @Linbell2001

In the interest of making sure this is sorted out asap I have booked the next available appointment with an engineer.  Please find the appointment time slot via your online account (virg.in/myVM) and it can also be rescheduled or cancelled from there if needed.

Please keep us posted with the outcome of the visit, or let us know if we can help with anything else.

Tom
