Unable to add phone package online

Got M500 for £42 but unable to add landline via online account, tried every option to no avail.

Refuse to speak to overseas call centre due to my strong accent (have to explain over and over!) 

Can someone from VM pickup and assist please, checking online I can see M500 and anytime calls for £53.99, and Im guesssing its a matter on switching on voip at the router so no silly £35 charge I hope.

There probably will be a charge, as the service is 21CV not VoIP. The service still connects to an old fashioned analogue exchange at the other end, so you still have to manually be “plugged in”. The only difference is the service uses the radio facilities of the hub rather than a twisted pair copper cable to enter your property.
