I made a complaint last month because I was being charged for calls to a Uk mobile from our landline that we shouldn’t be charged for. Upon investigation it was concluded that the charges should not have been made and that they had been ongoing for a year. I received a full refund and assurance that the issue had been resolved. Guess what? Latest bill shows charges for calls to a uk mobile again? Is this a widespread problem? Why is this happening?
