Hi
We have just migrated the virgin media landline over to the fibre network but in the switch over process, it was necessary to do a callback and the result was that the 1571 voicemail service got activated.
We still use a traditional physical messaging "answer phone" and so please could someone deactivate 1571 on our account please.
