Hi again,

Sorry to be a nuisance. I'm trying to get my voicemail deactivated, along with any other line features such as call waiting etc. When I check the website it tells me 

How to Switch off free voicemail

Call 1571 and choose the option to cancel Free Voicemail.

However there is no option to cancel the free voicemail. I kept going round in circles on 150 possibly due to my phone buttons as I kept getting the "I didn't catch that" message, but understand from other forum posts if I give a staff member my account details they should be able to get these features (well voicemail, I don't believe the call waiting feature is active) turned off for me?
