Trying to get an engineer out

Hi

ive called virgin media regarding my 4 WiFi boosters as I can’t get them connected to my new router I’ve had for about 6 weeks

l have tried everything and followed all instructions on my virgin connect app to no avail and my sons have also tried to get them to work and they are all tech minded and even they can’t get them connected to the router 

when on the phone to VM all they keep saying is we will send you out new boosters as there must be a fault but they are not faulty and they are unable to send an engineer to help fix the problem 

not the typical customer service I expected after being with them for over 10 years and never had a problem like this before

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your broadband services.

 

Are you able to let us know, do you have the WiFi pods or the boosters?
