Havin a problem with home phone... Been on the app followed all advice, check cables ect ect all to no avail so followed instructions to run a self diagnostic test, you will have to sign in again it states no problem, it then does not recognise the user name nor password the same ones you use to get this far. What is the point of having this test if you can't access it?
