We had Virgin installed on Saturday 2nd May and despite saying that we wanted to keep our old phone number it still hasn’t been changed. I have spoken to Virgin since and was told that it would be transferred by last Wednesday but still nothing. Could you please look into this for me.
About as much use as a 1 legged man at an a&se kicking contest. Rang them every day for the last 5 days. If I am not offered a solution by tomorrow. I am terminating the contract. They have been negligent under the consumer act. Only had it installed on the 24th of April. Everything else is super. Customer service is c*ap!
