New customer - got setup on Saturday
On signing up I ticked that I wanted to transfer my home phone number - engineer came out on Sat and setup but after leaving I realised that my home phone number is a different number
How would I go about getting this fixed and the number transferred?

Sorry to hear that your number transfer has not gone as planned. Is the number still active? For a number port/transfer to work, both services need to be active at the same time. https://www.virginmedia.com/help/keep-my-number

I think so - when I call my old number it does ring out so it seems that number is still active somewhere
