Moving soon and all going well, but keep getting text message to CHAT to contact in order to get number moved, but message keeps replying with not delivered. Any tips?

We've re-raised the port request for you which was initially rejected due to post code mismatch as discussed in PM. It is scheduled for 30/05 and you should have also received a text message with confirmation.
