Hello

I joined virgin media on 15th Feb. I got the tv, Broadband and landline package.

I requested that I wanted to keep my existing landline number and bring it over to virgin media. I was told that it would be possible, however since I have joined and have broadband and TV up and running, I haven't heard anything about transfering my old number over.

Can you help please.
