Transfering Landliine Number from BT

How do I ask VM to request to take over my existing landline number from BT ?

We can certainly look into getting this actioned for you.

We'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. 

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

The more I read about VM's analogue phone service out of the back side of a Hub, the more delighted I am we ported both of our BT numbers to a real VOIP provider !
