I have been a cablelondon/blueyonder/virgin customer for 20+ years and recently moved to a new property and was given a new landline number when I setup a new virgin account.Is it possible to get my old telephone number reinstated on my new account?I believe that it was originally a BT number that was ported over when I moved to Cable London.I have not moved far and still reside in the BT exchange area. The old number appears to be unused.

We can only port active numbers can you confirm if the number is active?
Hi Zoie,I'm not quite sure what you mean by active.The number comes up as "invalid number" when I call from my mobile phone.
