I have just installed my Virgin media package (Broadband, TV and Landline).
Sadly, I had to leave Virgin Media due to moving house and the new house needed major work to it. I was unable to freeze/pause my account and had to leave for 4 months
I had a landline with my old account and would like to port/transfer that landline number to my new account?
I do not want to start again and inform everyone the new number that was provided.
I only connected the phone a few days ago and already scammers, I am amazed!!
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated, I have looked on my account for a process but cannot find anything?
