May I please have an update on the status of my Telephone Number Transfer that was made during the application procedure.

Hi Martin / Team VM,

May I please get an update to my query. I called customer services but after a lengthy wait the call dropped!

It is imperative my original number is transferred (ported) to Virgin Media; I cannot afford to lose my number.

Team VM,

I can see a couple of you showing online. May you kindly provide an update to my conundrum?!

Martin has not responded to my PM from yesterday which detailed the number to be ported and that the line was still active.

If this is not resolved within my 14 days cooling off period...I may well just walk away.

How difficult is this to check and request?

on the forum staff replies take about 7 days. if you keep posting this can delay a reply.

Thanks for passing those details over Paramedic2020

I have requested for the number to be brought over 

It can take a full 10 days to be fully completed 

If you can check on the 18th or just after which number is active and let me know its been done that would be great

Many thanks for chasing this for me.

My landline contract with my previous supplier ends on the 14th December. Is there any way to fast track this porting request from your end?

If I extend for another month, I'll be out of pocket!

My Virgin contract commenced on 01/12; plenty of time one would have thought to have this porting request actioned as I did detail on my application to transfer my number...I'm guessing this is a failure of Virgin to pick this up / action it?

Why should I be at a loss?
