Can anyone advise how I get my landline number transferred? Or find out if it is in progress...
When I signed up to Virgin I requested my number be moved and I also asked my old provider if they would release the number at end of contract.
However, nothing has happened and I'm unsure if this is actually in process or not? Really don't want to have to go through the headache of changing my number with everyone!
