It just takes 10 days and we need Both Plusnet and Virgin Media Lines to be active

Yes I have signed up for Virgin phone & broadband service this week & I am with/ leaving Plusnet & want to make sure my current phone number comes with me

Sorry didn't understand your message, I rang Plusnet to see if virgin have been in touch with them, as of Friday Virgin haven't. The only thing Virgin have confirmed so far is setting up Direct Debit arrangements from me & date for delivery of WiFi equipment. Can't find anything from Virgin to reassure me my landline number will get ported accross efficiently. I haven't cancelled Plusnet yet but don't want to be having 2 numbers & providers on the go for too long
