Transfer Landline number to Virgin Media

I would also like to transfer my landline number (from Shell Energy Broadband) to my Virgin broadband account. Please advise.

Do you currently have an active account with Shell energy for the phone? I ask as the line would need to be active for us to request this.

Also, would you be wanting this as an additional land line service with us? Or to replace an existing number with us.
