Hi.
I have recently added a landline package to my virgin account and was told I would be provided a telephone number to call to start the number porting process to retain my BT number. My equipment has turned up and all services connected but I have nothing about getting my BT number ported across.
My BT number is still live and clearly being charged twice now. Can anyone help me to progress this please?
