Three way Conference Calling on Landline

So my current internet service from VM is suffering from bad latency and poor ping which means my VOIP calls keep cutting out.

So I heard that I can do 3 way calling using my landline - the help operator on 150 said it was dependent on my phone but I think my phone ( a Gigaset C430H) can do it but I just get a number unobtainable  when I try and add a third caller.

So I suspect its NOT actually included in my package - does anyone know how much it costs? I'm a bit reluctant to pay extra for it as the only reason I want it is because the VOIP is not up to scratch.
