Phone will not work through hub ,information says Telephony disabled,have rang, online chat too ,nobody is helpful I've been sent hub 4 set ups several times even brought new phone,never received adapter for hub to connect in box have purchased one ,no Dial tone,when you ring incoming rings once then loud crackle,

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having connecting the phone to the hub.
You will need one of our adaptors, I am sorry you haven't received this.
