Telephony disabled on new Superhub 4 Help Please

Just received our new Superhub 4, but the telephony section is disabled and the message on our handset has check phone line

Please help

Hello

Once a new hub is installed it can take upto 24hrs for the telephone service to be re-activated on the new hub, when was the hub installed ?
