I installed the router and connected the landline to router via the filter, no dial tone and in router setup it states telephony disabled.
Phone has dial tone when connected back to wall socket but any number i call just connects to VM.
Is there something else i need to do?

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your landline looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!
Could we ask first of all whether your area has gone through the landline switch over?
The Hub 5 does have this functionality, but the area you live in needs to have been switched over to the digital migration first before this can happen.

Thanks, i noticed on the leaflet ineed to wait for a letter saying when my area switches on, but still can't make calls on old socket, can get dial tone but whatever number i dial it goes strait to VM

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
