Telephone

My phone is not working and I cannot get to speak to a human and the automated systems don't work for me

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of the telephone issue. I've not been able to locate your account from the Forum information provided. Is there an update listed on the phone on our status page here - virg.in/service - if not, then sign into the checker using your online My Virgin Media details. 

You can also call the service status line - 0800 561 0061

i have logged in for the last three hours i am losing the will to live i think i will just cancel my virgin account
