I recently had my broadband and phone installed.
the phone line does not work. I have followed all the information set out on the internet, and yet I still can not get my phone to work.
I did not received a new cable and therefore using the one supplied by my old telephone providers
please can you assist

Can you please confirm if you're attempting to plug the telephone into the back of the hub?
We would seek to issue you with an adaptor that would be placed into the hub and can then accommodate the handset you're using, has this been supplied?
I have plug my telephone directly into the hub.
no adapter has been supplied.
