Telephone switchover

Hi,

I was due to switch yesterday but my exiting line is still working. When do I switch?

Also, the location of my hub is not a convenient place for my home phone, being many meters and doors away from where my phone is now. Is there anything that can be done wirelessly so i can keep my phone in the same place?

Hi @tw44, thanks for your post here in the Community, although I'm sorry things are unclear for you regarding the switchover.

Please allow me to send you a PM so I can discuss things further with you - if you wish for everything to remain the same, then a cordless handset with WiFi functions may be the answer here, alternatively I'm happy to sort an engineer visit for you where we can help with wiring from the Hub to the handset.
