Telephone off again

...following another brief power cut.

How do I report it and/or get status updates?

Thanks for taking the time to post on our forums.

 

I have looked into your issue on your account and have tried to fix this issue remotely but we would need to send out a technician to resolve this.

 

I have arranged for the appointment and you can find all the information that you need about your appointment on your online account and clicking My Account and Track Your Order.

Sorry just to confirm when you mean 1471 is off, is it just it doesn't allow you to call out. 

 

We can certainly get this fixed for you, has it been ever since the engineer visit?

Hi Sasha, we just get an engaged tone after dialling and it gets used fairly regularly so it must be from the power cut/area outage last week.

Hi Sasha, PM received about 1471 being reactivated but now when dialling 1471 it is saying "Sorry, your call cannot be connected".
