Telephone number not ported over? Virgin to Virgin

We’ve recently started a new contract with Virgin but the original phone number hasn’t been ported over, can any Virgin rep look into this please?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm sorry to see that there's been issues with your number port

 

It does appear that a form has been raised to process the number port for you. Can you tell me if you've been able to speak to our team since your post?

Hi David, many thanks for the quick reply, I didn't have time to call today, I called yesterday but it took over 30 mins to get through (it was Sunday), really nice helpful guy but he said wait 24 hours and see if it changes. If it's on the system shall I give it to the end of the week?

The port should complete tomorrow for you. If you can please come back to us and update thread when possible, that'd be appreciated. 

 

We'll take a closer look into this on Wednesday if it's not been completed
