Absolutely disgusted with VM today. My 74 year old mother has been trying to get VM to fix her phone since November, she's bought new phones and always has the line cut off, or can't make a call, or crackles and cuts off. She's had to deal with cheeky call handlers tell her the phone must be working if she got through to faults. After 2 months someone finally arranged an engineer to visit today, after waiting in all day, no one came. I've had to go through an automated service to get a visit for Tuesday. My mum doesn't own a mobile, this is her lifeline during these restricted times. Absolutely disgusting treatment.
