Hi folks,

I currently have the new hub 4 installed and noticed two phone designated ports on the back.

Can I just plug my handset phone into that instead of it being plugged into the telephone wall socket?

I have my phone line with virgin unlimited calls package, so just wondering if I can do away with the old wall port or if I need to request something from Virgins end?

Not tested it yet myself but might do once i am back home.

You can't currently request the change, however Virgin Media are moving everyone over to the Hub based lines and will contact you when it's your turn.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. As our valued member @BenMcr has advised you can't currently ask to be changed over to the new 21CV until your area if ready for the switchover to take place.

Once your area is ready for this to take place, you will be notified and have a phone adaptor sent out to you.
