Telephone changed to VOIP

My telephone connection has been changed today to my hub.  I believe this is referred to as VOIP?  My question is, do I still need to pay for line rental?

Welcome back to the community forums 

 

There is still line rental for VOIP services as it was for the older copper line. This is all included in our packages and as such there will be no change to your contract or monthly amount.
