I have had my phone line changed to digital a few weeks ago. Since then the ringer on my phone is not working. I can make outgoing calls but cannot hear incoming calls.
I had a Virgin engineer look at it and he said it was because the phone I was using is old and I need to buy a new one. The phone I am using is not faulty as it worked on another land line that wasn't digital.
The problem that I have is that I need on with a headset jack. Does anyone know what phone will work? I don't want to order one on line and for it not to work.
