I’ve called twice in 2 weeks as my home phone isn’t working. Told I need an adapter and my daughter deleted the email to request this. Calls were cut off both times so unable to order one. Can I do it through this platform please?

Sorry to hear that you're currently having issues with your landline and contacting us to discuss ordering an adapter. I can see that you spoke to the team and had an adapter sent last week - it can take up to 10 working days to arrive due to postal back log and strikes.
Please let us know if you haven't received your adapter by the 11th November 2022 and we'll investigate this further.
