If you have a visit booked as part of the phone migration to the fibre network, you will not be charged for that visit as its offered free as part of the migration process.

Yes I need my hub transferred from upstairs to the living room downstairs where my landline is situated i also have a extension line i need connected

The way the home phone is set up with the new fibre line means that any extension sockets used before are no longer in effect.
The phones would have to connect to the main base and be a cordless handset (the extension phones), and we are able to get the hub moved.
