Since switching my home phone to the router all my caller IDs when I ring someone it comes in as UNKNOWN so most people assume it's an incoming junk call and don't answer it. I didn't request it.
I tried to contact VM but the phone contact number only offers you options to pay your bill, not anything else. The online virtual assistant being a bot can't be informed of the problem with VM customer service number so I am here.
Please help Virgin Media!!!!

Sorry to hear that Caller ID appears to not be working since the switch over to our router based service.
