Hi fam, I'm a new customer of Virgin Media. I ordered for M100 (Broadband and Talk weekend), but there was no phone in the parcel.
My question is how am I expected to maximize the Talk weekend, am I supposed to connect it with my mobile phone or how exactly does it work. I really need this service because I need to make some important calls every weekend, and that's why I chose the package.
If it doesn't work, I will appreciate information on how to cancel the contract: I'm just few days in.
I hope I can find help here, because I've been put on queue in the livechat/phone for eternity.
