To the OP, timmag0, I have just found a similar anomaly when checking my VM billing/package info.
If I log into 'My Virgin Media' it shows my phone package as 'Talk More Evenings and Weekends' (a current package which does include calls to non-VM mobiles).
If I look at my last PDF bill via online it shows 'Talk Evenings and Weekends' (a legacy package which only includes VM mobiles and is the actual package I should be on). I have received no info. from VM of any phone changes, nor have I requested any.
Fortunately, I haven't incurred any unexpected call costs as a result of this but it looks like a bit of a glitch in play here between the 'My Virgin Media' info. on screen and my last billing info.
Could end up with people incurring unnecessary costs as a result of being shown the wrong info. in 'My Virgin Media'. It would be interesting to know what's going on here.
