Hi, on my latest virgin bill I’ve been charged 16p for a local call on a Saturday. I have talk more anytime included in my package so not sure why ive been charged as I thought local calls to uk landlines were included?

Can you tell me if the call lasted over 55 minutes?

Anything beyond this period of time would then generate a charge

no it was 15 mins long
