Talk More Anytime

I have Talk More Anytime but I am charged for some calls from my landline to mobile phones. Why?

Hello

How long were these calls are if they are over 60 mins then yes they will be chargeable after the first 60 mins, who was the provider that was called as it does exclude some providers.

Have a look at https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/phone/compare and check underr your plan where it says "Show Info" it will  explain the exclusions.

Three “mobile” operators are excluded from the call plan as they are using internet based WiFi networks & not the mobile networks. Lycamobile & GiffGaff are two of them. Can’t remember what the third one is.
