Talk More Anytime current usage

Hi, is there any way of checking how many minutes you've used since the last billing date in case you may unwitting be approaching the limit in the Fair use policy (ie. 1000 minutes or 150 calls)?

Thank you for replying. However, on the current usage page on my self care there are no figures displayed.

I have answer.

The Talk plan you are on will only show calls that have been charged.

If you called a number that wasn't in your allowance then it will show online.

Right now no calls have been charged so the current usage is blank.

Well that explains why it's blank but back to my original question it seems there is no way of checking current usage.

As the calls you make are free we are not able to show them.

Many thanks for clearing this up but I'm very disappointed in VM because when I had the all inclusive 800 minutes per month package many moons ago I was able to check remaining minutes on a daily basis. This was discontinued and I was placed on Talk More Anytine. Owing to an unprecedented usage last month as there was a family emergency in Philippines we unwittingly fell foul of the Fair Usage policy and hence ran up a substantial bill last month.I say "unwittingly" because I received an email warning from VM on 2nd May but when I phoned the Call Centre could not understand why I had received it and not to worry about it. I paid the bill nevertheless but did raise a complaint to raise awareness but it was ignored. I phoned VM a few weeks ago and was told my remaining minutes for the month (so VM does have that information to hand) which I strongly disagreed with so I have no way of checking this as I could have done so on the old package because I tended to check on a daily basis to confirm the remaining minutes quote were accurate (which they were). It was so much easier and maybe it's time for me to move on now.   As i say, thank you all the same.
