Still no phone...still no appointment showing on my account so I don’t know when the promised engineer is coming. Now today I have the above error. On top of that had email showing that Virgin has extended my contract, without consulting me until Oct 2022 so now to get out of this nightmare I will have to pay.
Please don’t tell me to phone as I’ve spent hours onto customer service department at my expense as I don’t have access to 150. This is driving me to dispair.
I can see the tech-visit was scheduled for yesterday - however I'm unsure if things are resolved by looking at the notes so would like to clear things up, I'll get in touch via PM please look out for the purple envelope.
