Switchover - My telephone is on different floor/room to my Hub?

 My telephone is on different floor/level than my Hub, this was necessary for various personal reason.  Now the switchover from a normal telephone line to  fibre is causing problems!  I know a solution, fit a telephoneline extension from the Hub to the downstairs room but I am bedridden and disabled at the moment, so I am not able to accomplish this.  Will VM do it for me?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I am sorry for the issues you have the switchover. 

Changing to the phone service via cable is a government objective and this has to be completed by 2025, we are choosing to take the change over now to ensure all of our customers have been migrated prior to the current telephone exchange being closed down in 2025. The below links should help;
